THE TRUCK PULL

Just about every county fair has a truck pull competition. Not only is there money on the line but a lot of bragging rights as well. Pulling has nothing to do with speed but is about pulling a weighted sled 300 feet down a straight course. It might look easy but there are as many things that can go wrong as you might find at any car race. One mistake and your day is done. The noise is deafening and there's plenty of dirty and smoke in the air and it's expensive if something breaks, but you can ask any driver.......it is fun.
